At AquaPureWorld, we strive to give our customers the best experience possible, as we believe that is the most important thing for any online-based company.

Our shipping can generally be separated into two parts:

PROCESSING TIME:
Our processing time includes order verification, product tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Processing starts within 12 hours of placing your order.

SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time refers to the duration your order takes from being shipped out to being delivered to your doorstep.

Orders will be shipped from our international warehouses, depending on which is closest to your location. However, if our national warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from one of the other warehouses.

Due to the global pandemic, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the current state of freight lines.

Our shipping times are averaged from our last 5,000 orders, so we can provide our customers with the most accurate and transparent shipping information available.

All orders will receive tracking numbers with live updates on your package. All tracking information will be sent within 12-24 hours, and you can track your order here.

NOTE: If you are ordering from an island state or country, shipping times may be delayed due to shipping constraints. Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; therefore, there is a very small window to cancel/change your order or to change your shipping address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@AquaPureWorld.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to accommodate the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits.

If it's too late for our team to make changes to your order, the only option we have is to wait to see if the package gets returned to us. If it does, we can then ship it again to the correct address.

RETURNS
By placing an order at AquaPureWorld, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to refund your package.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees deemed appropriate by their local Customs authority. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by AquaPureWorld, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise on the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside your country.

We offer Free and Paid Shipping on all orders.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the products ordered and where we are shipping to; however, most orders are delivered within 8-25 business days. You can learn more about our shipping times here.

Why have I received only 1 product if I ordered more?
We work with various international warehouses all over the world, and your products may be shipped separately so they can be delivered to you faster. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they are on the way!

I paid for Priority or Insured Shipping.
When you select Priority or Insured Shipping at checkout, this provides you with priority fulfillment (you jump the line of pending orders), a trackable package (the tracking number will be sent to your email), and delivery insurance. If you placed the order 60+ days ago and the package has been lost by the shipping company or never arrived, we will issue you a full refund or send you a replacement. This shipping takes the same time to arrive as Free Shipping.
